6th International Science-practical conference “Warfare and weapons. New researches and materials” is held 13-15 May 2015 in the Military-Historical Museum of Artillery, Engineer and Signal Corps (Russia, St.Petersburg). The main purpose is to present new contemporary research and materials of warfare and weaponology since ancient times to the present day, exchange of information about monuments of military history, weaponry, that are stored in museums of Russia and other countries, discussion of preservation, exhibition and restoration problems. All the materials of the conference will be published by its opening. International Science-practical conference “Warfare and weapons. New researches and materials” has been held since 2010 and it is the most significant one in Russia in this field. The conference has always had a great interest not only among experts in history, weaponology and museology, but also among a lot of non-professional lovers of history and weaponry. More
